I am a certified coach and professional consultant with more than 14 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual leaders, teams and organizations which spans multiple industries and corporate climates. Coaching large programs and team efforts is where I have proven myself as a trusted leader and practitioner in agility. My background encompasses individual development, team building, organization design, training and facilitation.
I served in the United States Army. My practical approach to leadership began in the military, where I served as squad leader. I have coached individuals and teams across a wide variety of functions and industries build the management and leadership skills required to positively impact performance.
My education includes a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Web Design from Webster University. My values are based in the importance of education for organizations to recognize their true potential. I believe that investing in continued education is key to learning and growth. It is very satisfying to able to help people be more proficient in their process. I have worked as an Information Technology Instructor at St. Louis Bike Works, which offers programs to young kids to challenge their abilities and provoke thought in a supportive environment among their peers. I also worked with third and fourth graders at the Youth Learning Center in Saint Louis in the Lego Robotics class.
